General conditions

  1. When placing an order the client obliges himself to offtake. In case of eventual countermand the seller is free either to require the offtake and the total payment of the order or to claim indemnity.
  2. Delivery terms are informative and never absolute and can under no condition be immediate cause to cancellation of the order.
  3. Our bills are payable in cash and at the address of the seller, unless otherwise and written modification.
  4. If a bill stays unpayed for more than 8 days after due day and if there is no settlement within 8 days after the declare in default :
    1) all reductions and discounts will expire
    2) the amount due will raise with 10% (with a minimum of 25EUR)
    3) a laches interest of 1% shall be charged counting from the date of invoice.
  5. In case of legal procedure only the courts of justice of the district of Antwerp are competent.
  6. By not paying a bill on due date all other still indebted amounts become immediately claimable regardless the granted payment conditions.
  7. The goods remain in the possession of Global Wineries nv until complete payment of the invoice amount and stay claimable in case of non-payment within the specified terms.
  8. Goods transport on danger and for risk of the destinator.
  9. To be legal every complain should be lodged with the company in written and at least within 5 days following on the receipt of the goods.
  10. In case of resell of goods, even processed, property of the seller, the buyer will from today on transfer to the seller all claims resulting from this resell.
